Gives you a pretty simple barcode, start with a white background |

Add gaussian noise (monochromatic) at 400% |

Apply the motion blur filter at 90 degrees, distance 999 pixels |

Now mess around with the curves to brighten it up |
|
Select the area you want for the size of your barcode, then invert and cut |
|
Thats it, just cut a section out of the bottom and add some text |
